Helpful Details

What to bring
Water, athletic shoes, sunscreen; hair tied back. Optional: notebook for mindset prompts.
Locations
Client’s home or local park/field in San Diego.
Virtual sessions available as well.
Parent / guardian
For youth sessions, a parent/guardian should be on-site or reachable by phone.
Reschedule policy
Please provide 24-hour notice when possible.
Packages
Multi-session packages are valid for 6 months from purchase; schedule as you go.
Weather backup
We’ll coordinate an alternate indoor space or reschedule if needed.
Safety
Sessions include warm-up and mobility work; athletes train at a level appropriate for their experience.
